Leadership Duluth is a comprehensive leadership development program by the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce. Participants receive a cumulative review of the elements of a strong community and how their leadership can create opportunities within a business and cultivate a bustling economy. This ten-month program is composed of a series of tactical and educational courses that examine the inner-workings of economic elements and how each contributes to the Duluth area’s overall health. As a result of completing Leadership Duluth, graduates exercise new critical thinking skills that bring heightened value to their workplace and become active community participants.
